Street Art and Graffiti in Istanbul

Choose your frame and wait for something extraordinary to happen.

This post is dedicated to all street art and graffiti artist in İstanbul.  Some of them are anonimous and probably we will never know who they are but some others are known for their work around the world.   Whether is a stairs, a wall, aluminum fence, or even a window reflection, any where you look on your way to some turistic site in İstanbul, you will probably find one of these graffiti.

Here are some of the graffiti I found on my way to explore İstanbul.  I wanted to photograph people's reactions and interactions with this art. I chose the frame and wait for something extraordinary to happen.

The hardest thing about street photography is to be patient and wait until you find some magical moment.  It is a matter of probability and yes it will happen.

I was not lucky in all the frames but I am proud of being patient and have waited for a while without knowing what excactly I was looking for. Something will happen, I keep telling myself and it did!

At the end this lesson applies at just about everything in life, be patient is a virtude!

I hope you enjoy the views!
